Lauren Franey
Lauren leads business development and growth at Empire Legal, and she has spent more than two decades in the property industry getting here. She spent 15 years in conveyancing, leading a property team through high-volume matters, before a seven-year stint at PEXA building customer engagement programs, strengthening industry relationships, and driving performance across PEXA’s customer base and partners.
At Empire, Lauren is all about genuine relationships with the sales agents, buyers’ agents, brokers and referral partners who trust the firm with their clients’ property transactions. She takes a proactive approach to understanding what partners actually need and turning that into partnerships built on trust, reliability and consistent results. She is also passionate about leadership, supporting her team to grow and do their best work.
Outside the office, Lauren is involved with Burleigh in Pink, and finds joy in travel, dancing, her husband, her two tiny dogs, nachos and a good glass of bubbles.
