Empire legal were fantastic. It is a stressful time purchasing and selling at the same time ( simultaneous settlement) and yes there were some issues - however, thanks to Empire Legal, they navigated the whole process perfectly and sorted out any issues (bank related) - so we were able to settle on our original date. Communication was easy - whether over the phone or in person - they were always available or responded promplty. Highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again.
