- A dedicated (and awesome!) file handler and their assistant
- Extension requests for conditions and settlement if necessary and within standard scope.
- Verification of Identity (as per government requirements)*
- Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Terrorism Financing (AMLCTF) checks, as required by law nationally from 01 July 2026*
*VOI and AML/CTF checks are included for up to 2 people. Additional people will incur extra charges.
Additional Charges
- Any optional searches you choose that are not listed as “standard” will incur an additional (cost price) charge
- For electronic settlements, the PEXA e-conveyancing system will charge a fee of $146.30 at settlement to you.
- In the rare event that your matter cannot settle electronically and must instead settle manually by paper, this fee will not apply, and a paper settlement agent fee of $150 will apply instead of the above PEXA fee.
- Due to increased insurance cost and risk, transactions with sale prices over $3 million will incur an additional surcharge – the cost is $200 extra per $1 million for property purchase prices above $3 million.
- If funds are to be transferred to an overseas bank account using the SEND Payments system there will be an additional fee of $66 inc GST.
- Government charges (eg. transfer duty, titles office fees) & bank charges are not included.
