Additional Charges
Any optional searches you choose that are not listed as “standard” will incur an additional (cost price) charge
For electronic settlements, the PEXA e-conveyancing system will charge a fee of $140.58 at settlement to you.
Due to increased insurance cost and risk, transactions with sale prices over $3 million will incur an additional surcharge – the cost is $200 extra per $1 million for property purchase prices above $3 million.
If funds are to be transferred to an overseas bank account using the SEND Payments system there will be an additional fee of $66 inc GST.
If you undertake verification of identity using LiveSign, the fee is $16 per person. You can instead attend our office, at no additional charge.
Government charges (eg. transfer duty, titles office fees) & bank charges are not included.
