Additional Charges
- Any optional searches you choose that are not listed as “standard” will incur an additional (cost price) charge
- For electronic settlements, the PEXA e-conveyancing system will charge a fee of $137.39 at settlement to you.
- Due to increased insurance costs and risk, transactions with sale prices over $3 million will incur an additional surcharge – please contact us for more information if this applies.
- Government charges (eg. transfer duty, titles office fees) & bank charges are not included.
