Allie Crean
Allie has built her career in Queensland property from the ground up. She started out in real estate in 2009 as a property manager, moved through administration and contract compliance, and found her home in conveyancing in 2018. That end-to-end journey means she understands a property transaction from every angle, not just the legal paperwork.
These days her focus is residential conveyancing, guiding buyers and sellers through their contracts with the calm that comes from having seen the process from all sides. She’s also a Commissioner for Declarations, so she can witness and certify documents when clients need it.
Outside the office, Allie is mum to two little humans and one tiny dog. She started in real estate, moved into law, and hasn’t looked back. She may be slightly addicted to online shopping, is definitely addicted to chocolate, and is happiest at the gym, out on the boat, or settled in for a long lunch.
