Charli Baker
Charli is one of Empire Legal’s newest lawyers, and one who has truly grown up with the firm. She joined the team while still studying at the University of Queensland and never left, going from uni student to admitted lawyer without ever stepping away from the Empire family. She was admitted in March 2026.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland, and spent time volunteering at a community legal centre during her studies. Rather than niching down early, Charli is making the most of the chance to learn across Empire’s different practice areas and build her experience wherever it takes her.
Outside the office, she’s happiest hanging out with friends or off travelling somewhere new.
