Maddie Cesca
Maddie is Empire Legal’s Head of Legal, a property lawyer who leads the firm’s legal team across both residential and commercial matters. She knew early that law was her path (English and legal studies were her favourites at school), and went on to earn a Bachelor of Laws with Honours at Bond University.
Maddie started at the entry level of a residential conveyancing firm, worked through her practical training, and rose through the ranks to Lawyer and then Manager and mentor to other staff. She broadened into wider property and commercial work at another firm before Empire brought her on board to take on complex legal matters, grow the commercial team, and lift the expertise of the team around her.
Outside of work, Maddie loves to hike, travel, and cook and bake. She is an avid AFL spectator, and treasures quality time with her loved ones.
